# Connect Thegram to ChatGPT

1. Open the official Thegram plugin page: https://chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_6acc810ccabc8191acd3f457dc498d43
2. Select **Install plugin** and follow the installation and account-connection prompts shown in ChatGPT.
3. In a chat or dot, select Thegram from the available tools or apps.
4. To answer requests written in a Thegram document's chat, ask ChatGPT (a Work chat or a dot) to subscribe to the `chat.task.created` event; each request is handled with `chat_task_get`, `chat_doc_read` and one `chat_task_submit` and changes only that document.

For another MCP client, connect to `https://vault.thegram.one/mcp` with OAuth.

## Shared workflow update

The cloud skill package **2.3.0** classifies facts by meaning rather than creating an event for every commit. It preserves proposed decisions, incomplete work, stable metric series and source-only maintenance, and describes the data actual widgets use. It follows the one record vocabulary, so a status means the same on the dashboard and in every agent: a mitigated risk or proposed decision stays open, a resolved risk or accepted decision is done, and a superseded decision is closed. It shares its eight workflow files with coding-agent package **3.4.0** (only the frontmatter skill name differs). Scheduled automations (research digests, monitors, collected logs) record one run per execution, keep each found item once with its link, time, source and topic, and tag the things they watch, so the research, monitoring and collected-log dashboards show what is new, the runs and each target. Agents keep each piece of work as one task naming the agent and the repository, move its status with the work and record each PR, merge, release or deployment as one step of that task, so the AI work board shows who is doing what, how the work went and what waits on you.

A custom MCP connection supplies tools; it does not automatically install this skill. Update an existing private plugin through its own package workflow, preserving its verified App binding, complete interface/default prompts, OAuth connection and unrelated files. Do not replace an App-backed private package with this portable ZIP. Plugin package versions and server deployments are separate; updating the skill alone does not prove live widget rendering or install a newer MCP server.
